We are coming to let go of our masks, build our capacity and explore the vulnerable, messy, sweaty, beauty of our bodies, hearts, & souls. Led by an attentive and powerful facilitation team, we will establish a foundation of consent, attunement, and self-responsibility to allow us to reveal and play with our greatest capacity for authenticity, sensuality, connection and creativity.
This is a space not only to express and connect, but to broaden and deepen your skills and capacity across the map of the 5Rhythms, neo-tantra, sacred sensuality and the movement arts.
Dance Meets Tantra is a space of daring attunement - we will dance at the edges of our comfort zones without leaving any parts behind.

Together we’ll journey through the map of the 5Rhythms - flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness. Each rhythm holds its own wisdom, allowing you to explore the vast landscape of your emotions, express your authentic self, and release any stagnant energy.
During the 4-day immersion, you will be guided through a rich tapestry of experiences. Explore transformational rituals, meditation, breath work, and temple arts, all interwoven with the beautiful wave and map of the 5Rhythms practice.

I wondered from an early age what the meaning of life was and what my true vocation was, all together with a massive dose of shyness, a sense of inadequacy and a great desire to learn to express myself in my authenticity and truth.
This led me to a path of self-discovery through different forms of art and healing practices, starting from painting and sculpture at the School of Art I then attended the Academy of Dramatic Art and the National Academy of Dance in Rome, exploring different forms of dance, meditation and yoga until I came into contact with 5Rhythms dance, of which today I am a certified teacher.
I graduated in Psychology and I dedicated myself to the study of Tantra and to understanding the role of sexual energy in our lives.
Today I love to integrate the practice of 5Rhythms with the free expression of the natural flow of life energy (Eros), reminding that this is a sacred tool for the individual to express its deepest and most authentic essence, and to connect more to the qualities of playfulness, pleasure and joie de vivre.

Briana Cribeyer can most often be felt in her ecstatic joy, grinning ear to ear, channeling her maiden who loves to jump in puddles, and her priestess who gathers the energy and sends it whirling to create alchemy all around. Her happy place is in facilitation, and workshop creation has been a constant for the past 15 years. She is the founder of Sacred Sexuality Rising, an online community of over 9,000 participants, a lead trainer for Intuitive Tantra, a speaker and facilitator for The Ohio State University on the topic of sacred sexuality, and Executive Director of the Columbus's Coalition for Sexuality. She believes that deep and radical love, coupled with ownership and self-responsibility will shift the trajectory of humans on the planet. Spencer is a transformational facilitator, DJ, poet, and serial entrepreneur with a passion for the art of gathering humans to experience the deepest truths of ourselves individually and collectively. His facilitation style invites self-expression, connection, and creativity while playfully and safely exploring the edges of our comfort zone. He is forever a student of embodiment and healing arts - having studied 5Rhythms dance, tantra, contact improv, ontological coaching, cranial-sacral therapy, and yoga. Through his training and deep personal experiences, he is committed to creating safer spaces that hold a trauma-informed perspective while simultaneously supporting individual responsibility and empowerment.

A Note on "Tantra"
For us - Tantra is the practice and art of being fully alive. Our intention with Dance Meets Tantra is to support people in coming into greater love, respect and relationship with themselves, each other, and the Earth. We believe that dance, Eros and tantra are fundamental aspects of being alive, empowered, and creative - so we invite various explorations in support of liberating our creativity and life force.
About the Venue
The “Ranch” is on 40 acres filled with sheer rock walls, tumbling boulder fields, quiet forest, and mountain meadows. Including 4 alpacas, 2 ranch dogs, barn cats and regular visits from local wildlife. There is a main lodge that consists of 1 private room, 1 shared room, 2 1/2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining area and main space. There is a second unit that consists of 1 private room, 1 shared room and a larger dorm style room that has 3 bunk beds (6 beds total), 1 full bathroom, kitchen and smaller main space. Two stand alone cabins on the property (1 private and 1 shared). The mountain meadow will offer plenty of potential camping spaces. Campers will need to be conscious of the small potential for a black bear and even smaller potential for a bob cat or mountain lion. With this kind of Colorado wildlife, campers will need to keep food out of their tent, and instead either place it into one of the main spaces, in a car or hanging in a tree. Wildlife to expect can be Mule Deer, Elk, Turkeys and more.
Our group and event space is in a beautifully refurnished Chapel that has a tall A frame ceiling, large open dance space where we will have a full sound system with live DJing every day. There will be extra porta potty bathrooms outside the Chapel.
Just 10 minutes to Downtown Evergreen, 50 minutes to Downtown Denver, 55 minutes from Boulder, and just over an hour to Denver International Airport.

Accommodations and camping are limited. Max number of participants is 34. Based on private rooms booked as solo or couples there are 17-21 camping spots, 6 dorm beds, 3 shared rooms, 1 private room & 2 deluxe private rooms.

Application & Deposit
Please fill out the application form through the link below, and send your $350 deposit through the Venmo or Paypal options below (Friends and Family). Once BOTH are received, your application will be reviewed. Non-aligning applications with be sent full deposit back
Refund or Cancellation Policy
Retreat ticket is transferable to accepted retreat applicants. Payment is handled between the two parties exchanging the retreat ticket.
If cancelling over 30 days before the date of the retreat, your deposit can be refunded minus 50$ admin fee.
If cancelling under 30 days before the date of the retreat, your deposit is forfeited. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case.
If canceling within 7 days of the retreat, 50-100% of your payments to date will be withheld and not refunded, depending on costs incurred by Dance Meets Tantra due to late cancellation. All remaining funds will be refunded.
