What is it:

Dance Meets Tantra is a new body of work at the intersection of dance, tantra, breathwork, kink and contact improvisation. You are invited to spend a day in ecstatic aliveness to discover and contribute to the magic.

Dance Meets Tantra is a space of

Permission: to be the fullest expression of yourself - including your sensual and erotic nature - however that looks.
Safety: boundaries, consent and self-responsibility are essential to navigating safe space together.

Depth: our focus is on attunement, awareness, right relationship and depth. We are here to meet with love any shadow and discomfort that may arise.

What to expect:

A supportive and welcoming group of embodied humans with which to learn, connect and play.

- Three deep-dive movement journeys woven together over the course of the day, each building upon the last.

- A balance of skill-building/sharing and free dance space- Amazing dance music curated and mixed for each session

How do I know if this is for me?

- You read this far and are feeling excitement- You are a dancer and love any opportunity to go deeper into your dance

- You are exploring tantra and looking for a potent and embodied space to practice

- You are comfortable expressing your ‘yes’ and ‘no’
Perhaps you’ve been feeling this call. For dance to evolve, deepen, and become more energetically attuned. For tantra to be more embodied, playful & activated. You intuitively know something incredible is possible when embodied movers come together with full permission to be alive, connect, and share their magic.

Logistics and FAQ

- Meals: We will have a break for lunch and dinner

- Lunch: Please bring your own

- Dinner: Dinner: A simple vegan-friendly dinner will be provided. If you have hesitation that this will not fit your dietary needs, we ask that you bring your own dinner. Expect Yummy Rice and Dahl (for example). We will communicate before what ingredients the meal will consist of. In service of maintaining our time integrity and intimacy in the container we would prefer participants not to go out to lunch or dinner

Timing:
- This is a strictly closed container event: Doors will open at 930am and doors CLOSE at 10am so we can start promptly (there will be no exceptions)

- In service of creating and maintaining the safety, connection and intimacy of our container we ask that participants plan to attend for the entire duration of the immersion - 10am to 7pm. There will be no exceptions.

Refund Policy:

- There are no refunds, credit to a future event will be offered in the case of a positive test for COVID, exhibiting symptoms of COVID, or having been exposed to COVID within 5 days of the event.

- Tickets are transferrable until 7 days in advance of the event

- Space is limited to the first 30 sign-ups
