Every desire fulfilled is an offering to the dance.

We come to the dance floor longing for freedom, full expression, and deep connection.

Our dance spaces are full of beautiful, like-hearted humans—all wanting to create magic together.

And yet… sometimes it’s hard.

Ecstatic dance at its best offers aliveness, release, and communion.

But the same patterns that pull us out of presence in daily life often follow us onto the floor:

🔵 How do I initiate a dance I actually want?

🔵 How do I leave a dance with care and clarity?

🔵 Am I coming on too strong—or holding back?

🔵 Will I hurt someone’s feelings?

🔵 Why does my dance look smaller, quieter, or less wild than theirs?

These thoughts are natural.

They’re not wrong.

And they can also become places where we get stuck—cut off from the full richness, pleasure, and truth of our dance.
