Embodied Eros Facilitator Training by Dance Meets Tantra
Master the art of holding transformational space and become a walking transmission of your purpose through dance, eros, and embodiment
A 5-month professional training that certifies coaches, leaders, and ritual artists in trauma-informed group facilitation, deepens your impact, and equips you to facilitate Dance Meets Tantra and your own life-changing offerings
March - July 2026
The Dance Meets Tantra Facilitator Training is for the leaders, catalysts and the prayer-holders.
The revolutionaries who feel the music in their bones and know the dance floor is the most important temple.
You’re already a permissionary, the one who makes it okay for others to feel more, to express more, to live more. The one who opens the door to aliveness, connection, and eros in your community.
This is the training you don’t come back from. An initiation into becoming a living, breathing transmission, someone who can weave dance, connection, and sacred ritual into containers that open hearts, awaken bodies, and unleash souls.
Rooted in movement, eros, shadow work, and relational intelligence, this training invites you to step fully into the role of transmitter and space-holder, grounded in your unique voice and natural expression.
For the first time, Dance Meets Tantra is putting out the call to a select few revolutionaries: come deeper into the work. Step into your power. And carry this flame into the world.
Through a potent mix of online sessions, in-person retreats, mentorship, and practice, you will gain the tools, support, and experience needed to guide others through life-changing journeys of self-discovery and embodiment. The training provides a structure for integration, feedback, and growth while honoring your unique voice and path.
Design and lead transformational journeys that blend dance, ritual, and relational practices into a powerful arc.
Hold a trauma-informed field of trust, play, and depth where participants feel free to express and safe to explore.
Work masterfully with eros, honoring sexual energy as intelligent life force while navigating it with clarity and consent.
Navigate group dynamics and shadow with grounded presence, empathy, and skill.
Refine your facilitator presence so your leadership is magnetic, attuned, and unforgettable.
By the end of the Dance Meets Tantra Facilitator Training, you will be able to:

Program Outline
In-Person Retreats
The program is built around three multi-day, in-person retreats. These immersive gatherings create space for embodied practice, ritual, live facilitation, and energetic integration. Surrounded by supportive peers and faculty, you will develop confidence, deepen your presence, and refine your craft.
Retreat 1: Embodied Freedom (March 25–29, 2026)
Retreat 2: Developmental Pedagogy & Temple Arts (May 27–31, 2026)
Retreat 3: Embodied Facilitation & Ritual (June 24–28, 2026)
1:1 Mentorship
Each participant receives a dedicated mentor (either Briana, Spencer, or Atilla) for monthly private sessions. These 45-minute calls support your personal development, clarify your facilitation strengths, and offer tailored feedback and guidance.
Online Components
We will supplement the powerful in-person modules with online meetings.
Group Sessions: We meet as a full cohort every other week to share teachings, deepen the group field, and explore facilitation tools and embodiment practices. These sessions are guided by rotating faculty and offer space for learning, reflection, and shared presence.
Pod Meetings: In between the larger group calls, you will participate in smaller pod groups led by assistants. These spaces support vulnerable sharing, self-breakthroughs, skill practice, and peer accountability.
Key Themes & Practice Areas
Throughout the training, we explore foundational themes that are central to this body of work:
Leadership rooted in embodied presence
Power and polarity dynamics in facilitation
Emotional and energetic attunement
Shadow and projection awareness
Consent, clarity, and boundaries
Creative ritual design and delivery
Attachment and autonomy in group spaces
Personal sovereignty and relational integrity
Trauma-awareness in facilitation
Facilitator Training Outcomes
1. Invitation to Apprentice with Dance Meets Tantra
Some participants in the training will demonstrate the skills, abilities, and mindset to be invited into the Dance Meets Tantra organization as Apprentices and Co-facilitators. This is by invitation only and is based on demonstrated merit, not just attendance. We are looking for those who embody the DMT values, hold impeccable boundaries, lead from the heart, and have the ability to create powerful group fields. Apprentices will have the opportunity to co-lead at official DMT events, deepen their skills through direct mentorship, and be on the path toward becoming a lead facilitator.
2. Certification from Dance Meets Tantra
All participants who successfully complete the training will have the opportunity to be certified as Dance Meets Tantra Certified Facilitators. This certification is a mark of quality, a signal that you have demonstrated the skills, embodiment, and ethical grounding to facilitate in the DMT style.
Certification does not grant the right to use the Dance Meets Tantra brand name in your own personal offerings. Instead, it signifies that you have trained in our approach and met the high standards we require for the work.
3. Graduation
Graduation from the Dance Meets Tantra Facilitator Training is a celebration of your dedication, transformation, and skill. It means you have:
Completed all training modules and practicum requirements
Demonstrated competence in facilitation, space-holding, and group leadership
Shown mastery in working with dance, touch, boundaries, and erotic presence
Received and integrated feedback from peers and lead facilitators
Embodied the values of Dance Meets Tantra both inside and outside the training space
Graduation is not a formality, it is earned. It is a recognition of the journey you’ve taken: the risks you’ve embraced, the edges you’ve leaned into, and the growth you’ve chosen again and again. When you graduate, you join a growing network of facilitators around the world who are dedicated to bringing more freedom, connection, and aliveness into the world.

Hear from those who have experienced our work
“Having taught Tantra for 30 years, I know when a container is pristinely created and held and was impressed with how Spencer & Atilla built and held it.” ~Evalena Rose
"Spencer's facilitation manages to create profound emotional depth, sexiness, playfulness, gentleness and permission to go wild, all in a single day. His facilitation is both incredibly skillful and overflowing with devotion for the magic he's bringing to the world." ~Brian Basham
“Briana is truly one of a kind. Her ability to hold you (and the container) with alignment, trust, and depth is unparalleled. The space she creates is both honest and honoring of each unique experience, and allows for a deepening of your own expression and truth to come alive.
Briana has a special magic I haven’t experienced elsewhere. She weaves together words and ideas in a way that evokes something new in you, that moves something more in you, that caters to your highest soul potential.
She has a softness that removes the sharp edges around your growth, and gives you permission to bloom - and she has a strength that makes you feel guided and held in the container.
To be in Briana’s space is to be held, to be loved, to be inspired - and to be deeply, deeply transformed. Don’t miss the opportunity to work with her. It’s been a brilliant journey of self discovery and expression.” ~Olivia Conklin
Atilla is an incredible facilitator, who is clearly comfortable with erotic material to its edges even in the more challenging realms as death. His teachings and guided practices on many aspects of dying, letting go of our limitations to meet the fullness of ourselves and Reality are brilliant. His balance of containment/structure and mostly flow/allowing was heavenly. It was a rare treat that he bested any compulsion/habit/expectation to do the usual things in rote ways (like introducing ourselves), thereby always birthing something alive, true and juicy! Also in a lovely balance, he could allow what was, while simultaneously pulling the group into more depth of experience - sometimes with simple reminders like eliminating chit chat, other times with powerful invitations to really actually touch and meet resistance that keeps us from Wholeness. Incredibly done! Highly recommended deep inner work! Jen G, Sex Therapist, Sonoma Country, CA, USA
“The way Spencer beckons people to step in is quite special, and I felt it really opened the field of possibility. Your pacing as you spoke and facilitated was fantastic--allowed breath, feeling, rest. Some of the best pacing I've seen in facilitation, truly.” ~ Susan Coates
“DMT pulled me in with the trifecta of soul family, dance, and tantra—and it turned out to be one of the best weekends I’ve ever given myself. This container was masterfully held with care, respect, and freedom, helping me untie old knots and sail toward new horizons.
Through powerful exercises, I opened to a deeper love of my body, reclaimed childlike wonder, and stepped into confident, heart-led expression. The space was safe, playful, and profoundly supportive—held by a team skillful enough to meet me exactly where I needed. I left feeling more sensual, alive, and grateful than ever.” ~Elena Kim
"Spencer's facilitation is ON POINT. Raw, real, potent, and just as human as the rest of us." -Erica Shapiro
“Dance Meets Tantra is a powerful and playful dive into desire, emotion, connection, and authentic expression—held in a deeply supportive and consenting container of true integrity. The facilitators skillfully use dance to open the body and heart, creating the foundation for profound tantric practices that are nourishing, healing, sexy, and fun. By the end, we felt like a family—grateful, tearful, and alive—reminded of our true nature: connection, celebration, vulnerability, and embodied joy.” ~Jeremy Colbert
Witnessing Atilla hold space with such grounded presence and unwavering safety was deeply moving for me. The way Atilla embodied the strong, protective masculine — not by taking up space, but by creating it — rippled through the entire group. It shaped the energy of the container in a way that allowed my feminine to soften, to open, and to begin healing in ways I had never experienced before. Even though we didn’t connect directly, just witnessing him be — steady, present, honoring — was profoundly healing. It helped me begin to release some of the fear I had still been carrying… the fear that the masculine is something to guard against, something that takes rather than holds. For the first time, I felt how safe the masculine can be — and that feeling changed something fundamental in me. I’m deeply, deeply grateful. ~Anonymous workshop participant
